Seedloans Communities

Our target group are female smallholder farmers in rural areas of sub-Saharan Africa, starting in Uganda. Challenges are the same across the entire sub-continent. Estimates expect that around 300.000 female smallholder farmers live in the area. More than 50% of smallholders are concentrated in three regions: Niger Delta, Ethiopian Highlands and Lake Victoria Basin. As Uganda belongs to the latter, we chose the perfect country to start our impact journey.
